About Gifty Shifty

Gifty Shifty is a personalized gifting brand offering thoughtfully made gift products such as jhumka boxes, bangle boxes, premium gift boxes, and other customized gifting items.

Many of our products are personalized with details selected or provided by the customer, such as name, text, design preference, variant, or other customization details.


Product Customization

For personalized products, the final product is made according to the details provided by the customer while placing the order.

Please make sure all customization details are correct before confirming your order, including name spelling, text, product variant, design selection, quantity, address, mobile number, and other order details.

Gifty Shifty will not be responsible for mistakes in customization caused due to incorrect details provided by the customer.


Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you may receive order-related communication through phone call, SMS, email, or WhatsApp for confirmation, customization details, COD verification, shipping updates, or support.

For Cash on Delivery orders, we may verify the order before dispatch. If we are unable to verify the order, or if the order appears fake, incorrect, or incomplete, we may put the order on hold or cancel it.


Order Cancellation

Once an order is placed, it may enter processing, customization, or packing. Because personalized products are specially made for each customer, cancellation is not guaranteed after order placement.

For customized products, once processing or customization has started, the order cannot be cancelled.

Pricing, Offers & Payment

All prices, discounts, offers, and product availability shown on our website are subject to change without prior notice.

We try our best to keep all product details, prices, images, and offers accurate. However, in case of any technical error, pricing mistake, stock issue, or incorrect listing, we reserve the right to cancel, modify, or hold the order.

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment partners. We do not store complete card, UPI, net banking, or payment details on our servers.


Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery may be available for eligible orders and serviceable locations.

COD orders may be verified through phone call, SMS, WhatsApp, or OTP confirmation before dispatch. A COD handling fee may apply where mentioned on the website.

We reserve the right to cancel or hold COD orders that are not verified, appear suspicious, or have incomplete customer details.


Shipping & Dispatch

Since many of our products are personalized and prepared with care, each order goes through customization, checking, packing, and dispatch preparation.

Your personalized gift is carefully customized, quality checked, and dispatched within 4–6 working days.

Delivery time after dispatch may vary depending on your location, courier partner, public holidays, festivals, weather conditions, or other situations beyond our control.

Once your order is shipped, tracking details may be shared through SMS, email, WhatsApp, or courier tracking link.


Shipping Address & Customer Details

Customers are responsible for providing correct and complete shipping details, including full name, mobile number, email address, complete address, landmark, city, state, and pincode.

Gifty Shifty will not be responsible for delays, failed delivery, RTO, or wrong delivery caused due to incorrect or incomplete customer details.

If a parcel returns due to wrong address, wrong phone number, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept delivery, additional shipping or re-dispatch charges may apply.


Product Images, Colors & Finish

We try our best to display product images, colors, designs, and details as accurately as possible.

However, slight differences in color, shine, print, placement, finishing, lighting, or appearance may occur due to screen settings, photography, handmade finishing, or customized production.

Such minor differences will not be considered defects.


Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Since many of our products are personalized and made specially for each customer, returns and refunds are not accepted for change of mind, wrong details provided by the customer, personal preference, or dislike after delivery.

Orders once placed are generally non-refundable, especially for customized products.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, our support team will review the issue and help with the right replacement solution after verification.

Please include your order number, registered mobile number, clear photos, and a proper unboxing video showing the issue.


Unboxing Video Requirement

For any damaged, defective, missing, or wrong product claim, a clear unboxing video may be required for verification.

The unboxing video should clearly show:

  • Sealed outer package before opening
  • Shipping label / AWB clearly visible
  • Complete unboxing without cuts or edits
  • Product condition immediately after opening
  • Clear view of the damage, defect, or issue

Claims without proper proof may not be accepted.


Personalized Product Conditions

Replacement, return, or refund will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Wrong name, spelling, text, or customization details provided by the customer
  • Wrong product variant, design, or quantity selected by the customer
  • Change of mind after placing or receiving the order
  • Customer does not like the design after delivery
  • Minor color, shine, print, or finish variation
  • Damage caused by misuse, water, rough handling, dropping, or improper use
  • Issue reported after the allowed support time period
  • No clear proof, photos, or unboxing video provided

Gift Orders

If you are sending the product directly as a gift, please ensure the recipient’s name, phone number, and address are correct.

We are not responsible for failed delivery due to recipient unavailability, incorrect address, wrong contact details, or refusal of delivery.

You agree not to misuse our website, attempt unauthorized access, copy our content without permission, place fake orders, interfere with website functionality, or use our website for any illegal or harmful activity.
