At Gifty Shifty, every product is personalized and made specially as per your selected name/design. Because of this, we do not accept returns or refunds once the order is placed.

No Return / No Refund

Since our products are customized for each customer, returns, refunds, or money-back requests are not accepted for:

• Change of mind after placing the order
• Wrong name, spelling, design, or details provided by the customer
• Customer does not like the selected design after delivery
• Minor color, shine, print, or finish variation

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Our team will verify the issue and help you with the right replacement solution.

For damage or wrong product claims, a clear unboxing video and product photos may be required for verification.
