At Gifty Shifty, each product is specially crafted and personalized based on your order details. Since our products are customized and made-to-order, we do not offer cancellations, returns, or refunds once an order has been placed and confirmed.
We kindly request customers to carefully review all personalization details, including names, photos, dates, addresses, and product selections, before completing the purchase. Once the order enters production, modifications or cancellations will not be possible.
However, customer satisfaction is very important to us. In case you receive a product that is damaged during transit or has a manufacturing defect, we will gladly assist you with a replacement. To request a replacement, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and share clear images or an unboxing video showing the issue. Our team will review the request and, if approved, arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.
Please note that minor variations in color, design placement, or finish may occur due to lighting, screen differences, or the handmade/customized nature of the product. Such variations will not be considered defects.
We reserve the right to decline replacement requests if:
The issue is reported after the specified time frame.
The product has been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
The personalization details provided by the customer were incorrect.
